Tim served as leader of ReachGlobal’s work in Lima 1987-1991 and 1992-2000. From 2000-2006 he served as the Regional Director for Latin America leading 72 missionaries in nine countries. In 2006 he began heading the leadership department of the Latin America Training Network, a distance Master’s level theological and leadership program in Spanish. He develops and teaches courses, recruits professors, and leads in setting policy for the program. He has a BA in Journalism from Marquette University, a Masters of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a Ph.D. in Organization Leadership from Regent University. He has been married to Debbie for 28 years and they have three children. Tim currently lives in Wheaton, Illinois and will return to Peru in August, 2010.
